Winners of PKDIMS IDEATHON 2026
PKDIMS IDEATHON 2026 organized by IQAC in association with NGI TBI was held on 4/3/26. Total of 27 teams comprising around 100 students from various colleges across kerala and Tamil Nadu has participated in the event and showcased their innovative ideas. NURTURING A HEALTHIER SELF - FROM ROOTS TO RENEWAL
PK DAS Institute of Medical Science and PNNM Ayurveda Medical College Sign MoU for Academic and Research Collaboration followed by CME on Nurturing a healthier self : from Roots to Renewal
PK DAS Institute of Medical Science (PKDIMS) and PNNM Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital entered into a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at fostering collaborative academic and research initiatives. The MoU signing ceremony was held at PKDIMS with the participation of eminent dignitaries from both institutions.
The event commenced with a warm Welcome Address by Dr. Lovely S Livingston, IQAC Coordinator, PKDIMS, followed by the Inaugural Address by Ms. Sandhya Mannath, Director and CEO of PNNM Ayurveda Medical College and Nilayoram Ayurveda Retreat, Cheruthuruthy.
Dr. R C Krishnakumar, Director (Operations) of PKDIMS, delivered the Presidential Address, highlighting the importance of collaboration between modern medical and traditional Ayurveda institutions. Felicitations were offered by Dr. P K Ramakrishnan, Professor & HOD of the Department of Anatomy, and Dr. Ravi Kanth Soni, Professor & HOD of the Department of Forensic Medicine, both from PKDIMS.
The academic session featured resource persons from PNNM Ayurveda Medical College, including Dr. Najma Mansoor A P, Assistant Professor of Shalyatantra, and Dr. Rema Madhu, Assistant Professor of Swasthavritta & Yoga, who shared their expertise in respective fields.
The ceremony concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Dr. Aparna Rajeev, IQAC Attribute 1 Incharge and Assistant Professor, Department of Microbiology, PKDIMS.
