Recreation facilities - Indoor & Out door
A Physical Education unit is functional under a highly qualified and experienced coach Shri Dr. M.S. Govindankutty. Outdoor Sports facilities are available for football, cricket , volleyball, Throw ball, KHO-KHO, etc. Additionally, indoor game facilities are available for table tennis, chess, shuttle badminton, caroms etc.

Gymnasium
- 2 nos of Ultra modern Gymnasium with all facilities are available , one each in boys & girls hostels.
Swachh Bharat Swasth Bharat
Complying with directive of the MCI, the students of Medical college, faculty members and non teaching staff are involved in the national campaign of cleanliness, cleaning the College Premises, Hospitals and surrounding areas.
Medical Facilities for Students & Staff
The medical college hospital is located close to the Academic Block. The OP time is from 9 am to 4 pm & casualty functions round the clock. All the students of P. K. Das Institute of Medical Sciences are provided with medical insurance under the Group Medi Claim scheme of the Oriental Insurance Company.
