The Meeting commenced with a silent prayer
The Chairperson reported that the first year MBBS supplementary examination results (2014 admission) have been published by KUHS on 21.05.2016 and the classes have commenced from 01.06.2016. The second year students have entered into the 4 th semester and the clinical postings are going on at the hospital. Since the last Meeting held on 24.02.2016, a number of faculty members and nonteaching staff have joined in the Institute. The Chairperson expressed satisfaction that no incidents of harassment were brought to the notice of Committee. After deliberation among the Committee members, the following decisions were taken Publicity be given among the newly recruited staff members about the existence of Internal Complaints Committee and Control Room associated with it To continue to keep vigil over the cases of sexual harassment in the work Place, eve teasing and discrimination between genders The Committee expressed satisfaction over the fact that no incidence of harassment were brought to the notice of the committee since the last meeting held on 24.02.2016.
